Today was a big outing for Luke to Jungle Java where we met up with my brother David, his girlfriend Melissa, and her niece Alex. It was packed at Jungle Java, but Luke and Alex immediately hit it off. Alex was so sweet to Luke and made sure that he was having fun. And Luke loved getting to climb around the play area and look for different animals (they have stuffed animals placed all around the jungle gym). I was impressed that Luke actually climbed as much as he did, which was a big change from the last time we were there. Afterwards, we went out for a quick bite at Panera Bread, and Luke had a great time. He still has been talking about Alex since then, which is really adorable. Here are our pictures from the trip. The first picture is of Luke asleep in the car, which was cracking Dave and I up. We've recently taken away Luke's pacifier and he is still having a hard time taking naps without it. He was absolutely exhausted that day, and fell asleep while still trying to eat his snack in the car on the way there. It was classic!
